Individual Therapy
My approach to individual therapy is rooted in a person centered, collaborative framework. You bring insight, resilience, and lived experience and our work together is about creating space for that to be understood.
I integrate evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you better understand patterns of thinking, relate to your thoughts with more flexibility, and move toward what actually matters to you. Together, we’ll explore the internal narratives, expectations, and pressures that may be keeping you stuck so you can begin to respond to them differently, not just intellectually but in your day to day life.
Because so much of what you’re navigating lives not just in your mind but in your body, I also pay close attention to the nervous system. Whether you’re dealing with chronic illness, anxiety, or ongoing overwhelm, we’ll work on building awareness, regulation, and a sense of safety within yourself.
This work is always trauma informed and grounded in curiosity, not criticism. It’s a space to slow down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and find a way forward that feels more sustainable, supportive, and aligned with who you are.

Parent Consultation
Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to support a child who is experiencing chronic illness (all while also managing everything else on your plate!). Parent consultation is a space for you. A place to step back, make sense of what’s going on, and feel more supported in how you respond.
My approach is collaborative and nonjudgmental. It is an opportunity to better understand your child’s needs, your own responses, and the patterns that may be getting in the way. You bring valuable insight into your child, and together we build on that.
I integrate practical, evidence based strategies to help you navigate behaviors, emotions, and communication more effectively. We’ll focus on what is within your control, while also building flexibility in how you respond to difficult moments so things feel less reactive and more intentional.
I also consider the role of the nervous system, both yours and your child’s. Understanding regulation, stress responses, and emotional capacity can shift the way you interpret behaviors and support more connection, even in challenging moments.
This work is always grounded in curiosity, compassion, and real life application. The goal is not perfection, but helping you feel more confident, more supported, and more equipped in your parenting.

Short-term Pain-Focused Therapy
Living with pain can take over more than just your body. It can impact your mood, your energy, your identity, and the way you move through daily life. Short term pain focused therapy is designed to help you navigate that experience with more support, clarity, and flexibility.
This work is collaborative and grounded in the understanding that pain is real, complex, and influenced by both physical and psychological factors. Rather than trying to eliminate pain entirely, we focus on changing your relationship to it so it feels less all consuming and more manageable.
I integrate evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you understand the patterns that can amplify pain, including cycles of tension, fear, avoidance, and overexertion. Together, we’ll work on practical strategies to reduce the intensity of these cycles, build pacing and balance, and reconnect with what matters to you even in the presence of discomfort.
We also focus on the nervous system and how your body responds to stress and pain signals. By building awareness and regulation skills, you can begin to create a greater sense of safety in your body and reduce the constant state of reactivity that often comes with chronic pain.
This is a structured, short term process with a focus on real life application. The goal is to help you feel more in control, less overwhelmed by pain, and more able to engage in your life in a way that feels sustainable and meaningful.
